HB 537 Florida Elections Bill Sponsors

I think that it is important that you know the Florida House Representatives who were responsible for this bill and the changes that it made to your voting rights during this primary season.  Below, you will find the committees and sponsor/cosponsors of the original bill.  As you can see, this is an overwhelming Republican majority, but there were Democrats involved.  When the final vote was taken for this bill, there were only 2 Nay votes in the Senate, and 1 Nay vote in the House.  I have to ask why?
